Yes. Fine construction dust is one of the main parts of our post-construction cleaning service, and we clean throughout the property, not just on visible surfaces. We also pay close attention to crevices, seals and other hard-to-reach areas where dust often settles. For walls and ceilings, we use specialised dust removal tools to achieve a thorough clean. Our equipment ranges from small detail tools to larger cleaning equipment, including short-handled and extended-reach tools for different areas and surfaces.
Yes. We can remove paint, stickers and certain types of construction residue from glass using specialised methods. This service should be discussed during quoting, as additional time may be required. A few spots are included; however, excessive removal of paint and plaster will be charged extra, as this is time-consuming.
For the best results, we recommend scheduling the final clean once the majority of construction work has been completed. The more tradespeople are still coming and going, the longer the cleaning will take and the more it may add to the overall cost.
Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with the professional tools, equipment and cleaning products required for post-construction cleaning.

New flooring, countertops and fixtures should be cleaned using the correct products and techniques to avoid accidental damage.
Construction dust settles inside cupboards, on light fittings, inside wardrobes and on high surfaces. A professional post-construction clean targets these often-overlooked areas. In our high-humidity climate, dust can combine with moisture and leave corners feeling sticky and difficult to clean, which is why a thorough final clean is so important.
Scheduling your final clean after all major construction work has been completed helps prevent freshly cleaned areas from becoming dusty again.
